DIY baking soda exfoliator

This all natural body/facial exfoliating scrub is super easy to make (you probably have what it takes in your cupboard right now) and totally effective - it will leave you with clean and glowing skin. All you need is plain old baking soda. If you don't have any, get some...it's super cheap. All you have to do is mix a little bit of it with water to form a paste like substance and rub it gently in circular motions all over your body. Be careful on your face and don't scrub too hard...let the baking soda do the work! Make sure to follow with a good moisturizer as salt can leave skin a bit dry.

I like to put my baking soda (and other skin care ingredients such as sugar, oatmeal, ground almonds, and ground coffee) in a mason jar for easy transportation and storage. These little 4 ounce Ball jelly jars are perfect for this sort of thing.
