take me gently into your arms

Two of my current go-to pieces right here - denim shirt and vest. I am developing quite a thing for vests lately, and have built a nice little collection of about seven or eight that I have been rotating between with almost every outfit. They're so easy to throw on, and they instantly add a brilliant rock and roll vibe to any outfit. This particular vest I am wearing inside out so the sequins are only glimpsed when the fabric falls open just the right way -it's like my little secret.
 dress, hat - H&M ; shirt, vest - thrifted ; shoes - Charlotte Russe

Totally amazed by the lining of the vest. The linings of jackets and vests always make me feel excited. I adore your skirt also.

I love this look! The tiny peak of the sequins really gives the outfit just the right amount of pizazz.

Your skirt is so pretty. I'm loving the vest too! Can't wait to see it styled with the sequins on top too!

My brother recommended I may like this blog. He was once entirely right.

Love this outfit! It's brilliantly balanced between utterly girly and a little tongue-in-cheek boyish. The inside of the vest is like a small chest of gold dug up by chance in your own yard --so surprising and happiness-inducing!
