The Fab Factor answers: who are you?

Remember a short while back I told you I was considering a question and answer post?  I asked for questions, you asked them...and then nothing happened.  Well, this is the first installment of what I think might (hopefully) become a regular feature on this blog.  Instead of answering all the questions at once, I've decided to break it up and answer a few at a time.  So, here we go, a little bit about me...

Who are you?  My name is Indy.  I was born on September 21st, 1989.  I currently live in Door County, Wisconsin.

Where are you from?  I was born and raised in a small Wisconsin town about twenty minutes outside Milwaukee.

Do you go to school?  I'm not currently enrolled in any classes.  I have an Associate Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Waukesha.  Someday I'd like to earn my Bachelor's, but later after I've had a chance to travel and explore.

What do you like to study?  I love learning about anything, really.  I always have stacks of books from the library on my coffee table about all sorts of different and interesting topics.  I enjoy reading history books (sometime on my travels I'd love to work at a living history museum!), especially about the period of the American Revolution.  In college, my favorite classes were philosophy and anthropology.  I'll probably major in either anthropology or education.

Where do you work? I am the assistant manager at a company that makes wine, brews beer, and distills spirits (kind of ironic since I don't drink, but it's still really interesting to learn about the processes of how it's all made). I mostly work at the wine bar, explaining about and giving out samples of the different wines we make.  My favorite thing to do is work in the distillery because there I get to make little tiny cocktails so people can sample our spirits.  Right now I'm working about one day a week, but once the season starts I'll be working forty five hours over five days.

What do you do for fun?  My favorite thing to do is read!  I'm a bit of a bookworm. (Currently I'm rereading the Harry Potter series.  My best friend will text me, "How's Hogwarts?" or "How's Harry and the gang?" 'cause he knows that's what I'm doing all day.)  As you may be able to tell from my blog, I really like dressing up and taking pictures.  It's not just about getting dressed for the day (which, don't get me wrong, I love that), but I really love playing dress up.  Creating different characters and little worlds for them is something I never really grew out of.  Mostly I'm a loner, but since I've moved up here to Door County, I've made friends with some really amazing people and over the year they've become the greatest friends I've ever had.  I've never really felt like I "belonged" to a group before now, and it's amazing to feel like such an integral part of a  small little collection of people.  Most nights, when I'm not sitting at home reading, you can find me hanging out with them.  Our favorite thing to do is play pool (we are addicted), but sometimes the five of us just like to stay in, make tacos, and talk.

If you'd like to ask any more questions, feel free to do so on this post!  Like I said, I might make this a regular feature, so I'll need lots of questions to answer!
