stranded

This insanely gorgeous beaded and fringed leather vest was part of a two piece ensemble my Godmother bought back in the 70's. She says it was the first thing she purchased with the first paycheck she ever received. Needless to say, it is one of my most treasured items of clothing, not only because it is beautiful, but because there's a sweet story attached to it.

I adore the dusty, retro feel of these photos, they're so wonderfully creative! And the story behind that amazing vest is so sweet.
